Requirements

8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership roles
Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments
Deep systems thinking - with a portfolio that spans early-stage design and scaled systems
Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner - you build trust quickly and lead with empathy
Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools
You care deeply about product and design craft - and know how to scale that care across a team

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Omnea’s end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints
Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers - including hiring, coaching, and performance development
Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to drive alignment on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals
Champion user-centered design practices - incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into the team’s DNA
Drive high-quality execution across all phases - from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery
Shape and maintain our design system, brand voice, and internal design practices
