Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign management (travel/hospitality industry a plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (email, social, web)
  • Good knowledge of geography and a basic understanding of cruise products strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, data organization)
  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred (or similar CRM/automation platform)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, while also collaborating across teams
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, curious, organized, creative, with strong interest in travel, cruises, and geography

Responsibilities

  • Assist with cruise product builds in TMT, including ground services, ship accommodations, and itineraries
  • Conduct competitive analysis across cruise regions and itineraries
  • Research and recommend new product opportunities, including shore excursions and pre/post options
  • Review and update product copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support pricing and seasonal updates across the cruise portfolio
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure product readiness for launch
  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-op marketing initiatives with cruise partners
  • Track spend and manage co-op budgets to ensure accuracy and maximize ROI
  • Process invoices and maintain detailed records of partner contracts, campaign assets, and results
  • Provide campaign reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple initiatives
  • Maintain organized documentation and shared resources
  • Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution between Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency
  • Pull and summarize analytics for product performance and campaign reporting
  • Develop simple dashboards or summaries for leadership and partners
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product, sales and marketing effectiveness
