Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and mission of the SPS employer experience to digitize plan administration
Set the SPS Employer Digital Strategy for accelerated delivery of digital experiences, aiming for industry-leading innovative experiences simplifying administration of complex product offerings
Define a multi-year strategy to deliver enhanced capabilities while building towards a larger north star product vision
Work across the enterprise to influence channels within broader Plan Sponsor workstation journeys to ensure cohesion of the customer journey
Develop vision, goals, and direction for the Product Area, with responsibility for the complete cycle of product development and implementation, including large-scale processes that may carry significant risk across multiple domains/product areas and business units
