Requirements

  • Understanding of eCommerce Fulfillment, specifically integrations & data required to orchestrate orders across a multi-node, multi-channel ecosystem
  • Ability to understand the fundamentals of eCommerce Fulfillment
  • Experience with functional & non-functional requirements, end-to-end process flows, data mapping, acceptance testing, and issue triage & resolution
  • Ability to act as a technical data steward for priority data domains
  • Ability to work closely with product managers, product designers, and software engineers

Responsibilities

  • Create & manage artifacts that describe the omni order lifecycle ecosystem
  • Support strategic analytic services in partnership with technology and business teammates
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business, processes, services, and operations within a portfolio domain
  • Document data definitions and key business metric calculations
  • Identify and document technical specifications for product development
  • Partner with software engineering, data engineering, and architecture to determine how to develop solutions
  • Participate in the testing and acceptance of technical requirements
  • Support maintenance and efficiency procedures
  • Monitor product health and stability
  • Gather system statistics and troubleshoot reported errors
  • Work with the product team to ensure prioritization and resolution of issues
