Candidates must be based in Brazil, possess B2 English proficiency, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategy within the financial sector is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks. The role also requires the ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment, a passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design, and basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs, and cloud-native solutions. Advanced Spanish is preferred.
The Product Analyst will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and validate new product concepts, and support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs, and pilots. Responsibilities also include monitoring industry trends, startups, and emerging technologies, developing business cases for new product initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessment, and preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
