What We're Looking For

As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing our current operations and ensuring data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving Dashboard & Reporting Efficiency: Creating and maintaining performance and deep dive reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Enhancing A/B Test Analysis: Conducting additional calculations for A/B tests and providing optimization recommendations.
  • Delivering Prompt Ad-Hoc Data: Fulfilling specific data requests for strategic planning, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive Data Quality Management: Monitoring data integrity, identifying, and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating on data source improvements.
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis: Investigating performance dips or spikes to identify underlying causes and support strategic decisions.
  • Supporting CRM Team Meetings: Preparing data and presenting findings to the CRM team to align on goals and strategies.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data Analyst role.
  • Strong experience working with raw data, demonstrating excellent SQL knowledge. (Python will be a significant plus).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience with the process of continuous A/B testing, including detailed performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution.
  • Experience with User Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with B2C subscription models.
