Lead Produce Department Operations: Maintain produce freshness by executing regular culling and rotation, ensuring all products meet company quality standards
Manage Inventory Proactively: Monitor inventory levels and execute timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Demonstrate full proficiency in operational functions, including inspecting, rotating, and culling
