Maintain product quality and freshness through regular culling and rotation
Optimize inventory management by monitoring levels and executing timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
Ensure compliance with food safety, merchandising, and replenishment standards
Demonstrate full proficiency in operational functions, including inspecting, rotating, and culling produce
