Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Produce and Floral team to deliver on the business plan and contribute to club success
  • Communicate department goals, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for members, associates, and company
  • Work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations
  • Maintain expertise in floor and backroom operations, ensuring produce area meets company standards for quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment, safety, and compliance
  • Manage seasonality, collaborate with associates, provide resources, share knowledge, and train the team
  • Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions
  • Drive business results, commit to operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain neat, clean, safe work areas, ensure adequate staffing, accurate audits, compliance, and merchandise layout
