Provides assistance to Members in the produce department, answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and assists with finding products throughout the club
Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery, ensuring it meets or exceeds company produce standards
Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure optimal freshness and variety, keeps displays fully stocked, neat, and clean, and removes unsuitable products
Maintains the produce reserve stock area by dating and rotating back stock items, keeping the storage area organized and condensed daily
Follows guidelines for disposing of damaged, spoiled, and/or expired products
Assists Fresh Manager with inventory and order processing as needed
Cleans and sanitizes all produce equipment, display fixtures, areas, produce cooler, and refrigerated display cases
Generates signage for produce goods
Sorts, displays, removes, and replenishes fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
Maintains the overall environment of the department through product knowledge and customer service
Ensures all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
Carries out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supports club policies, procedures, and compliance
Delivers service excellence, resolves member concerns, adheres to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and maintains GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
