Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in procurement within aerospace, aircraft manufacturing or FAA regulated environment
  • Self-starter with ability to drive improvement, meet timelines and objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that are aligned with organizational objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality
  • Proactively identify and address risks in the supply chain (ex: notifying teams of long lead times)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement related activities
  • Lead and support the product production line as needed
  • Support the development of project plans, objectives, scopes, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
