Serves as first point of contact for suppliers related to GTCI Procurement
Leads the entire procurement of spend related to the center
Supports Procurement Operations Manager with strategic supplier relationships through data-driven recommendations
Handles all activities related to daily Procurement operations in GTCI
Knowledge of Procurement Policy for processing Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts with proper documentation
Familiarity with Goodyear 7-step sourcing process
Ability to prepare executive reports for local, regional, and global requirements
Capability to drive savings projects to reduce costs
Experience in Procure to Pay cycle
Knowledge of managing vendor codes and updates in Global systems per internal policies
Ability to execute sourcing strategies within geographical scope, aligning with Global Category teams
Skills in developing relationships with local and regional suppliers

Managing the procurement of GTCI spending including IT/HR/Consumables/Logistics/Real Estate/HR and Professional Services spend for GTCI Hyderabad office
Execution of Sourcing process
Processing of Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts raised by end users with proper documentation
Follow up for timely delivery of material along with Invoice and Purchase Order discrepancy resolution
Manage spend through the Goodyear 7-step sourcing process
Preparing executive reports to meet local, regional and global reporting requirements
Driving savings projects to reduce cost
Interaction with end user for full specification of material and job works
Follow up with vendor for any clarity/Grievance related to material supplied or services provided
Close working with receiving functions to monitor the receipt and rejection of material and ensure the Procure to Pay cycle is completed
Managing Creation of new vendor codes and updations of Global systems as per internal requirements and policies
Executes sourcing strategies within geographical scope, ensuring consistency with Global Category teams by working closely with the Category Leads
Develop relationships with local and regional suppliers to support GTCI business needs
Drive projects across GTCI spending and deliver savings to meet the business goals
Drive the overall efficiency of the Procurement Operations Savings projects
Ensures appropriate collaborative communication between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams
