Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School (preferred)
  • 15+ years in procurement and sourcing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in global procurement operations, multi-category sourcing, and service delivery management
  • Proficiency in procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
  • Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies, compliance, and risk management
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to lead complex projects and drive organizational change
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global procurement service delivery strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and business growth plans
  • Drive transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, digital adoption, and sustainability
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers across categories including Facility Services & Real Estate, Low Dollar Spend, and other indirect procurement areas
  • Lead the Procurement to Pay Operations (P2P Ops)
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization
  • Ensure end-to-end procurement service delivery meets SLAs, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations
  • Implement best-in-class processes, leveraging automation and analytics to optimize performance
  • Establish robust governance frameworks for supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure 100% adherence to global procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on market trends, cost optimization, and risk management
  • Build strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to enable value-driven procurement
