Skill in Procurement Operations - Procurement Management
Understanding of Supplier Risk Management principles
Ability to review contract documentation and determine if a change represents a new product/service, material risk change, non-material change, or potential ambiguity requiring additional information

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for SCM Intake and CTRM processes, including assisting with intake forms, reviewing requests/renewals, determining next steps, routing decisions, and updating systems
Initiate and coordinate supplier registrations and onboarding, including managing/approving requests in SAP Ariba, performing lookups/validation in NetReveal for OFAC compliance, data entry in Archer, supplier setup coordination in Oracle, and researching supplier legal names for changes/acquisitions/mergers/restructuring
Manage Relationship Owner access across multiple systems based on intake requests, HR terminations/transfers, semi-annual attestations, and ad hoc requests
Monitor, manage, escalate, and respond to inquiries in the Outlook Shared Mailbox for SCM Intake communications
Complete weekly Quality Control review for Intake and CTRMs processed in Archer
Perform related ad hoc tasks as assigned
Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintenance within Oracle eBusiness Suite
Perform Early Warning Account Owner Authentication (AOA) in Standard configuration for new or existing suppliers
Manage Taxport System access for TIN Match Only User role
Oversee communication through the Vendor Setup Shared Mailbox (Outlook) for all vendor-related requests and approvals
Complete Quarterly Quality Control review for all supplier setup and maintenance
Ensure accuracy and compliance across supplier setup
