Requirements

  • 5–8 years of program management experience in technology or infrastructure organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits (RBI, NPCI, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or audit enablement is a plus
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact between Compliance, Audit, and SRE leadership
  • Coordinate audit requirements, timelines, and evidence commitments with Compliance
  • Work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager (OEM) to allocate resources and commit delivery timelines
  • Ensure audit evidence consistency and standardization across the team
  • Drive automation of evidence generation and reporting
  • Prepare and publish dashboards and leadership updates
  • Support remediation tracking in partnership with other SRE HoEs
