Requirements

  • Experience as a purchasing administrator executing procurement transactions
  • Knowledge of transactional procurement systems and master data
  • Detail-oriented, target-driven executor
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred
  • English proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute the requisition-to-order process in line with procurement policies and procedures
  • Follow up with requestors as needed (e.g., specifications, confirmation of demand)
  • Convert requisitions to purchase orders (POs), using frame contracts when available
  • Perform spot buys within authorized thresholds; route over-limit items to the Strategic Purchaser/Purchaser
  • Monitor PO status, supplier confirmations, and deliveries
  • Identify potential late deliveries; mitigate related risks and escalate when necessary
  • Resolve issues related to invoice verification, returns, and shipment dates in collaboration with suppliers and internal customers
  • Provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders via system, email, or phone inquiries
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers
  • Adhere to procurement SLAs and demonstrate commitment to meeting KPI targets
  • Identify needed updates to procedures and guidelines; recommend improvements to the team lead
