Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6–10 years of experience in procurement/sourcing with exposure to multiple categories; global experience preferred
  • Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing processes and compliance requirements
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple categories and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cost optimization and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement for low-dollar spend categories across multiple business units
  • Execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as office supplies, IT peripherals, professional services, and miscellaneous spend
  • Work within global procurement frameworks to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policies
  • Support regional and global sourcing initiatives as required
  • Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers for low-value categories
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value optimization
  • Drive efficiency in procurement processes for low-dollar transactions
  • Ensure timely purchase order creation, contract execution, and supplier performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business units on sourcing best practices
