Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, forecasting and inventory planning
Proficient in MRP/ERP systems
Understands how planning decisions impact the broader supply chain
Strong Analytical Skills: Uses forecast data to order, optimize inventory and reduce waste; Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel and data visualization tools
Detail-Oriented Mindset – able to catch discrepancies before they become issues
Excellent Communication: Coordinates effectively with procurement, commercial, production, suppliers and logistics; Communicates delays or changes proactively and clearly
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipates supply chain disruptions and develops contingency plans; Quickly adapts to changes in demand or supplier performance
Time Management & Prioritization: Prioritizes tasks based on production schedules and business impact
Resilience Under Pressure: Stays calm and focused during disruptions or urgent changes
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Builds strong relationships with vendor and internal stakeholders
Experience in Raw Material Planning, Supplier relationship management, and inventory control (ideal candidate)

Responsibilities

Manage Planning and Orders of film that is under project status including customer product launches and art transitions, including inventory and demand reviews and check-ins with Commercial for project timing
Issue Build order releases
Work with plant Supply Chain on film expedite needs and contact supplier and solve for the need; Proactively and quickly communicate information back to the business
Process project invoices through capital program
Monthly review of Aged Film Inventory and works in conjunction with the Obsolescence team to solve for best outcome
Assists Category Supervisor with Quality issues as needed from supplier
Reviews vendor managed inventory orders for excess builds
Management of a key supplier within the procurement organization
Works cross-functionally between Supply Chain, Commercialization, and Operations
