Position Overview

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team and contribute to Monzo's ambitious global growth goals, particularly as we scale MBEU operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in procurement or supplier operations who is eager to take ownership, deliver insights, and make an immediate impact. You will be part of a high-performing team supporting diverse business initiatives. In this role, you will develop insights to inform decision-making, manage smaller procurement projects, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data and systems as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Transform procurement and supplier data into actionable insights for the team and the wider business.
  • Take ownership of low-spend, low-complexity procurement projects to support MBEU growth.
  • Lead contract clean-up and data integrity efforts to ensure system accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and track impact.
  • Support improvements to procurement systems and tools to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across procurement and third-party risk systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, risk, finance, and subject matter experts to translate insights into action.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, operations, or a related field with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with supplier contracts and comfort in reviewing or managing them at a basic level.
  • A proactive approach and a desire to take ownership of smaller procurement projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in building dashboards or analyses to support business decisions.
  • Curiosity about procurement systems and a motivation to improve tools and workflows.
  • Impact-driven, proactive, and always seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
