Responsibilities

Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes
Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities using relevant processes, policies, and applications
Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, manage purchase and non-purchase orders, and perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
Conduct detailed assessment of client's Procure to Pay (PTP) operations, processes, policies, and technologies against leading practices and benchmarks to identify strengths, risks, issues, and opportunities using Accenture's tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Provide recommendations for improvement in both short and long term
