Responsibilities

  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
  • Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
  • Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end
  • Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications
  • Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
  • Manage purchase and non-purchase orders
  • Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
  • Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices, including verifying accuracy, matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating payment process
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
  • Interact with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
