Responsibilities

Oversee product quality in manufacturing
Develop yearly operational plans
Drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures
Ensure quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes
Manage conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points
Exchange data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures
Handle standardized manufacturing processes and implement updated procedures from other functions
Follow established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations
Lead a small manufacturing unit or sub-unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million
