Requirements

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance (environmental condition), capable of manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg (physical requirement)
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and maintain cGMP and ISO standards
Compliance with cleanroom standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold), loud noises, strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products), and stand for full shift
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Work with hazardous/toxic materials and safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials
Work in a critical hygiene environment
Good mechanical proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Science-related qualification optional
Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential; on-the-job training provided)
Availability for full-time rotating shifts: afternoon (9:00am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri) and night (2:30pm to 1:00am, Tue-Fri), based on business needs
