Requirements

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance (environmental condition), capable of manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg (physical requirement)
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and maintain cGMP and ISO standards
  • Compliance with cleanroom standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold), loud noises, strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products), and stand for full shift
  • Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Work with hazardous/toxic materials and safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials
  • Work in a critical hygiene environment
  • Good mechanical proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Science-related qualification optional
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential; on-the-job training provided)
  • Availability for full-time rotating shifts: afternoon (9:00am to 5:30pm, Mon-Fri) and night (2:30pm to 1:00am, Tue-Fri), based on business needs
