Requirements

  • Specialized expertise in process improvement with a nationally-recognized Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification
  • Experience with process improvement within the Insurance or Finance industry (preferably 5+ years)
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience with assessing and improving complex processes within FP&A, risk management, portfolio management and operations
  • Familiarity with working with Agile teams, supporting existing and new technologies
  • Familiarity with AI principles
  • Strong relationship-management skills that foster connection across multiple business functions
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

Responsibilities

  • Leads other process improvement consultants and supports upskilling team members
  • Leads large process-focused programs
  • Manages continuous improvement assessments and supports business units with continuous improvement assessments
  • Partners with diverse business units to identify, design, and implement process improvements rooted in Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze data, uncover insights, and guide strategic decision-making
  • Communicates recommendations and improvement strategies to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
