Specialized expertise in process improvement with a nationally-recognized Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification
Experience with process improvement within the Insurance or Finance industry (preferably 5+ years)
Experience with managing cross-functional teams
Experience with assessing and improving complex processes within FP&A, risk management, portfolio management and operations
Familiarity with working with Agile teams, supporting existing and new technologies
Familiarity with AI principles
Strong relationship-management skills that foster connection across multiple business functions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Responsibilities
Leads other process improvement consultants and supports upskilling team members
Leads large process-focused programs
Manages continuous improvement assessments and supports business units with continuous improvement assessments
Partners with diverse business units to identify, design, and implement process improvements rooted in Lean and Six Sigma principles
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze data, uncover insights, and guide strategic decision-making
Communicates recommendations and improvement strategies to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
