Requirements

BA/BS degree and minimum of 3 years related experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination
Experience in high-volume managed care operations (claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing), or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
In-office presence 4 days per week in Washington D.C

Responsibilities

Monitors local enrollment reports/files to populate dashboards and run reports
Runs ad-hoc reports for the department as needed
Responsible for data sharing with local partners for quality functions
Receives guidance and mentoring from more experienced process experts
Researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities
Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts, and other operational improvements
Assists with the development and leading of project plans and communicating project status
Assists in identifying and researching workflow problems and system irregularities
Serves primarily as a partner to local account manager for information technology initiatives
