Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (biology, chemistry, engineering)
Basic to intermediate data analysis and statistics experience
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PSP, DMAIC, or similar problem-solving methodologies
Benchtop laboratory or lab automation experience
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills; curiosity and willingness to learn, adapt, and improve

Responsibilities

Monitor, trend, and analyze process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and implement improvements to existing monitoring systems
Assist in defining processes, including Process Capability, Methods, and Standard Work
Provide engineering analysis and documentation to support process deployment, transfer, and ramp into manufacturing
Conduct manufacturing and project reviews through preparation of Process Maps, FMEA, and Risk-Mitigation Plans
Support in solving technical issues and delays in production by driving to root cause through design of experiments and leading cross-functional teams
