Responsibilities

Play a vital role in optimizing production processes for renowned brands, covering reliability, quality, and safety of equipment and processes in Packing or Making organizations
In Packing: Prioritize safety, quality, and productivity; inform of performance loss; identify key projects for packing line targets; work on installation and startup of new equipment; systematize tools for maintenance production management
In Making: Prioritize flexibility while delivering high-quality products on time; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; craft learning programs for operators and team leaders; help develop skills; simplify and standardize processes
Participate in development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced hybrid systems
Create innovative digital solutions with worldwide application
Focus on creating, programming, and optimizing automation systems
Monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements
Plan and lead the execution of automation projects to optimize production processes in an industry 4.0 environment
