Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and hydraulic engineering or related
Above 5 years experience in machinery plant
Knowledge of Lean conversion is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good ability in communication and solving problems
Teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility
Familiar with manufacturing technologies and related standards
Skillful in CAD

Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and improving the manufacturing process
Design fixtures, tools and non-standard equipment
Improve tooling and test rig
Set SAP technical routing, audit BOM, procedure, and work time
Coordinate with other departments to solve production technical problems in site
Advise improvement plan of design, equipments and environment per manufacturing condition
Cooperate with design engineer to develop new products
Train the operators
Follow and abide by all EHS policies and procedures
Report potential hazards and safety accidents
Maintain a safe and healthy workplace
Finish other assignments
