Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Process Technology, Chemical Technology, or Food Technology
At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a comparable industry (food or pharmaceutical industry preferred)
Knowledge of aseptic processes (a big plus)
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience with project management and problem-solving methodologies
Ability to independently perform data analysis and share insights with the organization
Flexible, accurate, stress-resistant, with a critical eye for safety and quality

Responsibilities

Analyze production data to identify causes and implement continuous improvements
Act as a central point of contact: collaborate with various disciplines to solve complex production challenges
Conduct research on process variables to further optimize product and process quality
Support technical implementations of new products together with R&D, including plant trials and commercial runs
Improve Process Monitoring & Control to proactively prevent future problems
Initiate and execute actions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of installations
Contribute to detailed process design and parameter definition within investment projects
Keep knowledge up-to-date through targeted training and trade shows
