Responsibilities

  • Process development, scale-up, and technology transfer for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Maintenance projects for semi-solid and liquid Oral Care products
  • Engage in process development at early stages with R&D teams to develop stable products and robust commercial scale manufacturing processes
  • Work on de-risking, cost-saving, and strategic growth projects, providing technical expertise
  • Participate in Value Engineering projects to improve yield, efficiency, lower costs, and implement sustainable projects supporting Haleon strategy
  • Develop partnerships with development scientist teams for reformulation and process robustness projects on current commercial products
  • Provide technical support to Haleon and CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organisations) toothpaste/mouthwash supply sites to solve complex technical issues and promote site technical independency
  • Provide technical expertise for existing and NPI toothpaste/mouthwash products, supporting Oral Health R&D for rollouts to Haleon and CMO sites
  • Participate in governance forums such as Product Technical Review Teams (PTRT), Technical Review Board (TRB) for Oral Health, and Consumer Technical Board
