Requirements

  • Preferred: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a mental health, health, or other appropriate human services related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and guidance to residents in daily living activities, including personal care, meal planning, and household chores
  • Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents
  • Facilitate group activities and therapeutic programs that promote skill development, socialization, and community integration
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents’ progress, incidents, and any significant observations
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including residential supervisor, nurse, director, and medical professionals
