Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a mental-health-related field from an accredited institution, plus three years post-bachelor's, full-time equivalent, professional experience in the mental health field, one of which is in a crisis setting
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
Must regularly be able to see, speak, and hear
Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend, use hands and arms
Must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

Conducts mental health evaluations and assessments to determine the need for hospitalization, either voluntary or involuntary
Works collaboratively with all staff to effectively communicate and problem solve
Analyzes work, sets goals, develops plans, and utilizes time effectively and efficiently
