Responsibilities

Lead a team of Project Managers & Engineers as a people leader
Interface with Technical and Commercial organizations to integrate new products or processes into manufacturing, managing validation and introduction to ensure on-time launch
Lead all Capital Management activities, ensuring project managers manage budgets and implement on time and in full without impacting daily production
Provide Project Management Governance, overseeing the overall programme roadmap to align projects with business strategy
Monitor Capital, PIER, OEE, Quality, and other project initiatives to ensure compliant, on-time, in-full, and within-budget implementation
Schedule human and material resources in conjunction with near-term plans and manage operations within established budgets
Maintain Plant EHS and Quality Compliance at the highest level, with immediate response, thorough investigation, and corrective action for non-conformances
Implement staffing plans by identifying resource requirements, writing justifications, obtaining approvals, and coordinating selection with HR
Develop direct reports through training, assigning challenging tasks, progressive disciplinary action, and conducting performance reviews
