Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in NAC and/or endpoint security clients
  • Expertise in NAC technologies (on-premises and cloud) and endpoint security (VPN, ZTNA, posture compliance)
  • Knowledge of multiple client OS platforms (Android, Apple, Chrome, Linux, Microsoft)
  • Strong communication skills; public speaking experience desired
  • Exposure to contract review and government certifications preferred
  • Ability to mentor, lead, and influence cross-functional teams on complex projects
  • Skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metrics, and business acumen
  • Technical understanding of the industry with ability to provide product-specific training

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, NAC, and engineering teams to define requirements and drive endpoint client solutions
  • Partner with engineering on architecture decisions to solve problems efficiently
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure products remain leaders in their capabilities
  • Guide product teams and stakeholders on portfolio strategy across the lifecycle
  • Support field operations with customer meetings, roadmap updates, and occasional public speaking
  • Independently deliver efficient solutions to meet customer requirements rapidly
  • Align goals and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and marketing to optimize margins and enable success
