Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related field
- 8+ years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
- Portfolio demonstrating proven capabilities of UX and UI design process required
- Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces
- Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms; understands modular design translating into reusable, configurable UI systems
- Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
- Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy
- Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions
- Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
- Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles
- High standards for design quality and continuous improvement
- Data-informed, and passionate about understanding user behavior
- Curious about emerging AI trends that can enhance the design process
- Experience with design tools including, but not limited to, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
- High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design
- Strong collaborator able to effectively communicate with team members across the organization
- Self-learner who enjoys researching and applying relevant UX trends
- Thrives with rapid, iterative design and development processes
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources
- Identify, define, and promote UX best practices, including templates
- Serve as a UX advocate within the organization
- Improve the usability, design, and overall digital experience for a OneTrust Product Offering
- Support deliverables for other OneTrust modules
- Serve as a guide and mentor to junior designers on the team
