Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for CP&I products, including new feature adoption, enhancements, and integrations with internal tools, working closely with Engineering
  • Develop business cases by assessing insights and data to produce expected outcome models, informing and recommending priorities
  • Work with business partners to understand critical needs, establish priorities, and ensure meeting or exceeding goals
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing consumer experience, launch complexity, timeline, development effort, and business value
  • Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify solutions
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring achievement of business objectives and superior user experience
  • Drive strategic direction and execution of product roadmap supporting internal Product Merchandising teams
