Candidates must possess at least 8 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies and hold at least two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications, along with a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. The role requires demonstrated ability to influence and consult in diverse customer environments, providing thought leadership on business process and technical challenges, and experience architecting systems integrations with high-level architecture diagrams.
The Principal Technical Consultant will act as a functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes and designing/implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms. Responsibilities include devising integration development plans and architectures, implementing ServiceNow AI offerings, developing solutions based on user requirements, coordinating with other developers, ensuring best practices in integration processes, solving complex user issues related to Integrations and AI, checking and correcting data conflicts, analyzing and improving instance configurations, and identifying/debugging system errors.
