Responsibilities

  • Steer the collective organization toward adopting GenAI and agentic solutions; serve as a thought leader and change agent, championing best practices and innovative use cases across the business
  • Develop high-quality presentations, demos, training materials, and thought leadership assets for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deliver compelling internal and external presentations that drive understanding and excitement around AI initiatives
  • Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies and workflows; address barriers to change with empathy, clarity, and actionable guidance
  • Partner with business owners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to define success criteria and adoption metrics; maintain transparent, two-way communication throughout the lifecycle of each initiative
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communications and adoption strategies; iterate and refine approaches for maximum impact
  • Develop impactful content including presentations, videos, etc., and manage the Business AI Insights Site, Corbin’s Corner Content, and daily communications
  • Lead comprehensive vendor assessments to ensure alignment with AT&T’s strategic goals and technical standards; present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
