Requirements

Candidates should have experience translating technology into persona-based demo content and a strong understanding of the GreatDemo! methodology. Experience working with ERP solutions, specifically Unit4 ERP, and potentially FP&A, U4FbC, or Talent products is required. Familiarity with driving changes through Development Sprints and maintaining content repositories like SharePoint is also necessary. Membership in the U4ia Leadership Team and the ability to influence roadmaps and planning sessions are expected.

Responsibilities

The Principal Solution Engineer will create and maintain global demo environments, ensuring they are equipped with first-class tools for solution consultants. This includes developing demo content such as click-path scripts, videos, and PowerPoints for new releases, and reviewing system data for demo scenarios. They will also maintain the Global Demo Operations Repository and Persona SharePoint content pages, produce monthly Show and Tell content, and align persona-based stories with Product and Marketing teams. The role involves ensuring the usability of U4ia's output for solution consultants, supporting the demo environments, and creating demo scenarios for priority markets like PSO, Public Sector, and NonProfit.
