Requirements

Applicants must be based in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. Candidates require 12+ years of professional software development experience with an advanced degree, or 15+ years with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices is essential. Prior experience as a mentor and tech lead is also required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical leader on demanding, cross-functional projects, decomposing complex problems into simple solutions, and understanding system inter-dependencies. Provide architectural guidance and detailed technical direction to C-suite, Directors, and VPs. Foster a continuous delivery culture that prioritizes quality and efficiency. Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness. Balance technical leadership with strong business judgment to make informed technology choices. Assist in the career development of others by mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues.
