Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly complex projects for introduction and optimization of fully automated manufacturing lines within Third-Party Manufacturers, managing the entire lifecycle from design review to production ramp up
  • Manage, plan, and implement major engineering projects associated with assembly of finished product, including new product development, build, test, commissioning, validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), and RCE documentation
  • Drive activities at equipment supplier(s) to ensure production start-up through scale-up to increased volumes per ADC requirements
  • Lead and participate in design, planning, introduction, and sustaining of automated manufacturing lines
  • Ensure projects meet quality requirements of key internal stakeholders (e.g., ADC R&D, Regulatory, Quality) and adherence to ADC policies/procedures; serve as key contact for site operations
  • Measure and report progress against approved timelines
  • Ensure prompt attention from Senior Management on risks affecting project delivery, product, and/or safety
  • Act as effective project leader supporting timelines, quality disciplines, decisions, and practices
