Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship state of the art AI capabilities or infrastructure
  • Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday, advocate for them within the org, and build or enable other teams to build these capabilities
  • Interface with customers to validate our solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems
  • Be the product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally
  • Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving our customers' workdays
  • Manage Early Adopter programs across multiple AI initiatives to ensure customer value, referenceability, critical lessons, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with development teams in flight to validate value for customers, drive adoption, and enable the field, CX, implementers on our AI work
  • Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way for them
  • Work with the product teams to identify value outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments
