Requirements

  • Have an opinion about the session replay category, potentially formed as a user of products in the space
  • Have ideas about how to apply AI to transition from watching replays to getting value
  • Want the leverage of a larger company ($300M+ ARR, 200+ sales team, etc.) but move at startup speed
  • Have experience managing a product before (though doesn’t have to be within this space)
  • Be technical enough to understand system design, prompt engineering, and architectural tradeoffs in AI (don’t need to write code, but earn respect of engineers by being in the details)

Responsibilities

  • Own the product: Connect deeply with customers to understand their needs and discover opportunities
  • Own the product: Set the roadmap across the product (which includes session replay, heatmaps, and zoning)
  • Act as a GM: Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that drive awareness and emphasize the uniqueness and right to win of the offering
  • Act as a GM: Actively participate in sales opportunities to help pitch the solution and design winning pitches
  • Act as a GM: Be the internal cheerleader for session replay, highlighting updates and team member contributions
