Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in product management in IP networking
Expertise on network HW, Systems, and/or network ASICs
Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies/roadmaps
Technical and business background with experience in complex infrastructure, hardware, software, and service environments
Familiarity with the global telecommunications and cloud infrastructure market
Strong strategic and technical acumen, business-first approach, builder mentality
Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal) to influence stakeholders and customers
Ability to think strategically, cross business and technical domains, distill complex concepts, make data-driven decisions, and drive execution

Responsibilities

Lead complex HW and system NPI programs leveraging expertise in HW systems and network ASICs
Drive the Cloud Customer segment platforms strategy, product definition, and program execution
Support fast-moving cloud customer needs and pursue significant opportunities with Tier 1/Tier 2 Cloud customers and Neoclouds building AI clusters
Collaborate with customers, sales, and systems engineering to translate market requirements into engineering product requirements
Manage requirements and drive engineering commitments in close partnership with various sales teams
Perform market and competitive assessment
Generate sales and product collateral
Partner closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Build and expand relationships with service provider and cloud customers
Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for Cloud Provider and Hyperscaler segment, focusing on Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers and emerging AI Cloud Providers (Neoclouds)
Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Strategy, Go-To-Market, and R&D Engineering teams to define, champion, and drive the evolution of the product portfolio and target customer adoption
Own the HW product strategy, roadmap, and execution for this critical market, serving as the bridge between corporate strategy, engineering (R&D), and go-to-market teams
