Requirements

  • Ability to own the vision and evolution of user acquisition and enrollment platforms
  • Experience interfacing with internal stakeholder groups including acquisition (consumer) marketing, enterprise marketing, data engineering, software engineering, and support
  • Skills in quantitative analysis to spot issues and opportunities, backed by qualitative user research
  • Focus on improving enrollment rates, user retention, and reducing unit economics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheet models, building complex workflows in Figma or Lucidchart, and manually testing ideas that could scale
  • Passion for discovery, asking questions, collaborating with colleagues, diving into data, understanding architecture, conducting research, and organizing follow-ups
  • Ability to establish influence across a growing company, solve healthcare problems, engage technically with engineers, creatively with marketers and designers, and strategically with customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of current acquisition marketing workflows and evolve the platform to support new workflows, channels, and AI usage
  • Ensure marketing activities create quality data that flows to appropriate infrastructure
  • Create intuitive, accurate reporting and dashboarding for marketing performance visibility and opportunity spotting
  • Track A/B tests and identify results for full implementation
  • Connect key platforms like Customer.IO, Salesforce, and in-house AI tools
  • Identify opportunities to replace rules with data-driven models
