Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years driving outcomes across multiple squads or a large product domain
Proven ability to define and deliver strategic product visions and roadmaps
Deep product expertise and strong strategic thinking
Ability to influence across teams and functions
Experience leading and mentoring junior product managers
Strong bias for action, execution, and turning strategy into outcomes
Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Own product and business outcomes, driving adoption, growth, and customer value across your product area
Set vision and strategy by developing a bold, multi-year plan that aligns teams and leadership
Deliver measurable business value through data, customer adoption, and successful strategic outcomes
Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership teams on priorities and progress
Shape and manage the roadmap, translating strategy into an actionable, customer-validated plan tied to business goals
Guide squad execution by partnering with and mentoring junior PMs, ensuring alignment with broader product objectives
Represent the product domain in customer conversations, QBRs, strategy reviews, and executive forums
Drive proactive delivery by anticipating risks, communicating trade-offs, and maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and availability
Validate with customers from concept to GA, confirming value, de-risking launches, and iterating for impact
Institutionalize learning by capturing insights and best practices to strengthen product thinking and execution across the organization
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career support to PMs in the India office, fostering strong product culture and alignment with global standards
Act as a bridge between local product squads and global product leadership, ensuring clear communication, consistent priorities, and timely execution
Represent product management in regional leadership discussions, supporting decision-making and operational excellence across colocated cross-functional teams
