Requirements

10+ years of product design experience, including significant time in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy platforms
Proven track record as a lead or principal-level designer on complex, multi-product ecosystems
Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Framer, Origami, ProtoPie, and strong familiarity with Figma prototyping
Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence across disciplines and leadership levels
A portfolio showcasing elegant, thoughtful solutions to complex product challenges, with examples of prototypes and end-to-end design thinking
Experience with video and motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to support storytelling and promotional design

Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision for a new IA and navigation system in our product suites
Establish and evolve a unified design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex data and workflows into intuitive experiences
Align with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and compelling storytelling
Deliver high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, and visual systems for complex SaaS applications
Use advanced prototyping tools (Framer, Origami, ProtoPie, and Figma prototypes) to bring design concepts to life
Build the occasional sizzle reels to help clients hear your stories
