ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect to join their Customer Outcomes team. This advisory role focuses on helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. The role involves guiding customers and partners on best practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. This is a consultative position that does not involve direct configuration but rather advising and guiding resources. The role interfaces with customers at various levels, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to understand client vision and ServiceNow's role in their digital transformation.
  • Translate business objectives into outcomes through visual customer roadmaps.
  • Interact with customer architecture personnel (enterprise and solution architects) to analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex business objectives.
  • Position ServiceNow as the system of action to enable integrated digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish and advise on technical governance related domains and associated processes.
  • Drive solid platform health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations and customizations that do not align with ServiceNow's leading practices.
  • Advocate and champion ServiceNow's advisory leading practices and industry use cases with clients.
  • Contribute thought leadership (methodology and white papers) on optimizing customer outcomes through advisory and co-delivery.
  • Guide customers through prescriptive solution design and manage technical implementation decision points.
  • Define platform solutions that align with delivered capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Consulting Experience
  • Management Consulting Experience preferred (Big 4, Strategy Firm) or experience within an OEM software or Cloud company.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
