Requirements

Candidates should have consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm or strategy firm, and at least three years of experience in the field. They should possess experience working as an enterprise architect with a proven track record in management consulting, professional services, or a cloud software company, focusing on technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design. Strong experience in ServiceNow is desired.

Responsibilities

The Principal Platform Architect will develop strong relationships with c-suite and business leaders to understand their vision and how ServiceNow fits into their digital transformation journey, translating business objectives into outcomes through a customer roadmap. They will interact with customer architecture personnel to analyze business information and technical requirements, creating an architectural blueprint and positioning ServiceNow as the system of action. This role involves establishing and advising on technical governance related to domains and processes, driving platform health by guiding remediation of misconfigurations, advocating for ServiceNow’s advisory leading practices, and contributing to thought leadership on optimizing customer outcomes. Additionally, the architect will guide customers through solution design and manage technical implementation decision points, defining solutions across the platform that align with delivered capabilities.
