A minimum of 3 years in management consulting leadership roles focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software) is required, along with experience as an enterprise architect within a Fortune 500, OEM software, or cloud company. Experience in the HCLS industry and a career progression demonstrating technical and architectural expertise are also necessary. The ability to work with functional business leaders to identify objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps is essential.
The Principal Platform Architect will design and govern scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and driving digital transformation. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules, defining and maintaining the platform's technical architecture roadmap, and leading platform governance, performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices. The role involves collaborating with business units, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, providing architectural guidance and mentorship, and serving as the Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, the architect will evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow capabilities, contribute to platform innovation, and support the development of reusable solutions and accelerators.
