Candidates should possess an enterprise architecture background with a proven track record in management consulting or professional services firms, particularly within cloud software companies. They should have experience in technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design, along with the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior executives and facilitate customer success through strategic planning and execution.
The Principal Platform Architect will develop strong relationships with c-suite and business leaders to understand their vision and ServiceNow’s role in their digital transformation. They will translate business objectives into outcomes through customer roadmaps, analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, position ServiceNow as the system of action, establish and advise on technical governance, drive platform health by guiding remediation of misconfigurations, work with clients and ServiceNow teams to establish delivery operating model governance, advocate for ServiceNow’s advisory leading practices, guide customers through solution design, and define solutions across the platform.
